Bulevardijewellery.com is a marketplace operated and owned by Diamor Oy (business ID:3193404-1). These terms and conditions apply to the trading relationship between Diamor Oy and its customers that is established through the Bulevardijewellery.com online store.
Diamor Oy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of the order, which are available on the Bulevardijewellery.com website. Our online shop complies strictly with all Turkish laws. In the event of any changes to Turkish law, these will take effect immediately.
Bulevardijewellery.com / Diamor Oy is not liable for any damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable circumstance or change in circumstances beyond the control of Diamor Oy . We are obliged to inform the customer of force majeure without delay.
2. CUSTOMER AND DATA PROTECTION
Diamor Oy sells products through the bulevardijewellery.com online store to individuals of legal age and, with the consent of a guardian, to persons under 18 years of age, as well as to business customers.
In consumer trade, the applicable Finnish and European Union legislation in force at the time of the contract regarding consumer trade, marketing and advertising will always be complied with. In business customer transactions, these terms and conditions shall apply in the first instance and the Finnish Commercial Code shall apply in all other respects.
The customer is obliged to provide his/her full contact details when placing an order. The contact details required from a consumer customer are name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. For business customers, in addition to the above information, a business ID is also required.
The data of customers who have placed an order are automatically stored in the bulevardijewellery.com customer register, where the data are used to maintain the customer relationship. Diamor Oy also has the right to process the data in the register for legitimate purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99), provided that the customer has given his/her consent. After purchase, the customer may be sent a product review invitation when an email address has been added to the order. Responding to the review invitation is voluntary. The invitation will only include products already purchased by the customer. No contact details of the customer will be publicly displayed during the review. Bulevardidiamond.fi uses the information collected through reviews to improve the customer experience, product range and services.

The purpose of cookies on Bulevardijewellery.com is to facilitate, improve and accelerate your shopping experience. 3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES IN THE ONLINE SHOP
All our online shop prices exclude VAT.
If there are obvious price errors in the online shop price list, the product will not be sold at a clearly lower price, it can be assumed that the customer has already understood the existence of the error. We are obliged to inform the customer who has ordered the product immediately if the product is incorrectly priced.
If there is a stock balance error in our online shop (this only applies to products that we do not manufacture ourselves) and the product cannot be found in our stock, we will contact the customer immediately. Our priority is to get the product into our stock as quickly as possible so that we can deliver the product to the customer, but in this case the delivery time of the product will be longer. The customer has the right to cancel the transaction due to a stock balance error.
Bulevardidiamond.fi online store does not sell its products for resale to other b2b customers and reserves the right to limit the sale of products.
diamor oy sells products according to the legal age limits. By ordering a product and accepting the terms of delivery, the customer declares that he/she is entitled to order the product in question.
Products that have been purchased are not eligible for returns or changes unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event of a manufacturing defect in a product over industry standarts , the right of fixing will be granted
4. DELIVERY
Products in stock will be dispatched on the same or the next working day after receipt of the order at the latest. The delivery time for jewellery manufactured by us is 1 to 3 weeks. We will inform the customer of the estimated completion date of the jewellery after the order has been placed. You can also inquire about the delivery time before placing an order by contacting our customer service.
We use UPS and DHL to ship orders from our online shop.
UPS home delivery
Both UPS and DHL deliveries are free of charge for our customers.Deliveries are home deliveries.The delivery time is usually 1-2 working days.
 
Pick up from the store
You can also collect your order from our shop. Our store is located at Pohjoisesplanadi 35 in Helsinki. The products in stock can be picked up from the store within 1-2 working days, some products can be picked up the same day. Our made-to-order jewellery can be picked up within 1 – 3 weeks. We will contact you by e-mail after you have placed your order and let you know when your order will be available for collection from the shop.
If none of our online delivery options are to your liking, but you would still like to place an order, please contact our customer service team at info@bulevardijewellery.com. For example, we can arrange a specific courier service.

7. WARRANTY, SUPPORT AND LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
Guarantee and warranty.
Bulevardi rings have a lifetime guarantee. The lifetime guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident or other use which is not normal. The guarantee does not apply to rings that have been resized afterwards. The Bulevardi diamond bracelet will last almost forever under normal use. Our own goldsmiths will take care of any warranty issues. 8. CLAIMS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We prefer to deal with complaints in writing. You can send a free-form complaint to info@bulevardijewellery.com. Please include your order number. We do not require proof of purchase or a receipt for your e-commerce order, as these can be found in our system with your order number.
We will endeavour to replace any products damaged in transit with a new one immediately. Despite careful packaging, it is possible that a package may be damaged on its way from us to the customer. Please check that the package has not been damaged when you collect it. If the package is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
As a priority, we will endeavour to resolve any disputes with the customer. If a dispute over a sales contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board . Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Registrar’s Office.
